According to current state law, any vehicle bought or sold
in the state of Maryland must undergo a comprehensive
inspection that covers the funtioning of many systems
including steering, brakes, exhaust and suspension systems.
This takes about an hour to do, is required by law and
can tell you a lot about any vehicle you may be planning
to buy or sell.
