According to current law, any vehicle bought or sold
in the state of Maryland must undergo a comprehensive
inspection that covers the funtioning of many systems
including steering, brakes, exhaust, suspension systems.
This takes about an hour to do, is required by law and
can tell you a lot about any vehicle you may be planning
to buy or sell.
